Fully hydraulic rig and winches for short-handed sailing
Her fully hydraulic rig and winches make her an extremely comfortable cruising yacht for short-handed sailing, despite her size. She is well powered with a 185 hp Perkins engine through a vario pitch propeller and a hydraulic 2-speed bow thruster. Everything looks and feels like new and that is very much thanks to the love, attention, upgrades and maintenance she has received throughout the years.
Aluminum construction and teak decking
With a reference number of CB221057, El Pino boasts dimensions of 20.85 meters by 5.17 meters by 2.40 meters and is constructed of aluminum. The yacht was designed by Andre Hoek and built by Aluboot B.V. Hindeloopen, with a CE category of CE-A Ocean Going. The hull is a round bilged aluminum hull (8mm) painted white (perfection pro) in 2018. The deck is made of teak (18mm when new) on aluminum and was recaulked, sanded, and screw plugs changed in 2020. The superstructure is aluminum (6mm) and the windows are double glazed in the pilothouse.
Spacious and comfortable interior
Inside, the yacht features a pilothouse saloon and a lounge saloon on the lower level with headroom of approximately 2.10 meters (more headroom in both saloons). There are 3 cabins, accommodating 6 people. The interior is classic teak and the pilothouse saloon upholstery is grey Italian roughout leather. The lower lounge saloon has white leather upholstery. There are 2x 750L aluminum tanks with manholes for water, a Spectra watermaker (new in 2012) with a capacity of 165 L/hr, 2x 100L aluminum black water tanks with manholes, and a 400L aluminum gray water tank with manhole. The yacht also has an electric pressurized water system, hot water through 2x 220V independent 80L boilers, 2 shower cabins, 2 electric toilets (1 ensuite and 1 shared for guest cabins), a radio/CD player with speakers in the saloon, cabins and cockpit. The yacht also features a Ceramic Force 10 3-burner 220V cooker (can operate through inverter), oven, microwave, 24V 230L Frigoboat fridge, 24V 130L Frigoboat freezer, central heating Kabola through hidden radiators (rosters), and air conditioning Airco reversible Cruisair with 5 individual zone controls.
